What time is check-in and check-out?
Check In: 2:00 pm

Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
We require a credit card imprint upon check in
Is after hours check-in available?
After hours check in facilities are available. Please contact us prior to your arrival to make arrangements.
Can I have a late check-out?
This is dependant on bookings and if there is someone checking in to the apartment.
Please contact Reception to see if this is possible. Late check out fees may apply.
When do I have to pay a deposit?
At the time of booking your Credit Card will be charged $300, except during high season where a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This total deposit is included in the total room price and does not include any additional charges or fees. The remaining balance is to be settled upon arrival at The Meriton. Please note that a booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
What are the reception hours?
Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Saturday: 9.00am - 12:00pm
Sundays & Public Holidays: CLOSED
Can I book theme park tickets at reception
Yes you can book all major theme parks and attractions through our reception
When is High/Low Season?
High season is the school holiday periods. Low season is the rest of the year.

Surfers Paradise is less than 10 minutes drive
We are located right in the heart of Main Beach.
Are there shops or restaurants nearby?
There are shops & restaurants just steps outside the door, right on Tedder Avenue
Is there public transport nearby?
There is public transport right outside the front door to all major destinations on the Gold Coast.
What local attractions are in the area?
Sea World is only 20 mins walk & less than 5 mins by car.
Other theme parks include Wet'n'Wild, Movie World, White Water World & Dreamworld which are 20 - 30 mins drive.
How far away is the race track?
The Gold Coast 500 race track is right at the end of the road.
Where can I buy groceries locally?
Local grocery store is only a 2 minute walk.
